About Me

Meet Dr. Jennifer Shock, DPT

I’ve been a practicing physical therapist for nearly two decades, serving patients across Kansas City, Lawrence, and Topeka in hospitals, rehab facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health.

My passion is helping people navigate illness, injury, or chronic conditions with dignity and measurable progress so they can achieve their personal mobility goals and remain as active and independent as possible.

I founded Shock Mobile Physical Therapy to bring the quality and expertise of outpatient therapy directly to my patients’ homes. My goal is to provide exceptional, deeply personalized care to seniors in the greater Topeka area.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Kansas Medical Center and hold additional certifications in PWR! Moves for Parkinson’s Disease as well as Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management.

The PT Clinic that Comes to You

I provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with Medicare Part B coverage.
Because this is outpatient therapy, you do not have to be homebound, and I can spend more time with you than a traditional home-health PT typically can.
Since treatment happens in your own home, there’s no need to travel to a clinic. You receive the same level of care and expertise, right where you’re most comfortable.
